Entries open for The Development Chef Awards
Restaurant is seeking entries from the UK’s top multi-site chefs for its inaugural Development Chef Awards. Presented as part of the Farm Frites Development Chef Summit – which takes place at Rich Mix on 24 March – the awards will throw the spotlight on those heading up the food offering across a number of restaurants or pubs. The aim is to recognise and reward this important but often unsung part of the cheffing world.
There are eight categories:
■ Best Restaurant Menu (3-20 sites)
■ Best Restaurant Menu (21+ sites)
■ Best Pub Menu (3-20 sites)
■ Best Pub Menu (21+ sites)
■ Best New Dish
■ Menu Innovation of the Year
■ Group Chef of the Year – Restaurants
■ Group Chef of the Year – Pubs

The Development Chef Club will inform, inspire and promote greater interaction within the group chef community. The Development Chef Summit will bring chefs together with suppliers for demonstrations, forums and interactive presentations in a full-day programme followed by the early evening awards presentation.
